Originally published almost 30 years, the author worked with distinction for many years with the Erwin Rommel School of Law. While this is good for a beginner to the law and filing lawsuits, it is somewhat outdated and pales in comparison to any books by Nolo and the truly excellent and very thorough Jurisdictionary program.
